1. Scope

This policy applies to all consultations, advisory sessions, and other services booked through Visa Advisor Pty Ltd (“Visa Advisor”, “we”, “us”). By booking a session, you accept the terms described below.


2. Types of Consultations & What to Expect

Free 15-Minute Discovery Call

Purpose & scope: This is a complimentary, no-cost, no-obligation session where we explore high-level visa options, eligibility, and next steps.

Inclusions: General advice and guidance only. Detailed strategies, document reviews, or in-depth case planning are reserved for paid consultations.

Preparation: You must complete the booking form, including details such as your visa status, occupation, and family information. 👉 If the form is not completed at the time of booking, our team will contact you and request the required information before proceeding with a thorough consultation.

Format: Conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or telephone (you choose at booking).

Rescheduling / Cancellation: Must be requested at least 24 hours prior. Failure to attend or late cancellation may result in forfeiture of the free session.

Paid 30–45 Minute Consultation

Purpose & scope: A more comprehensive session tailored to your circumstances. We may discuss strategy, eligibility, document considerations, and factor in your particular visa interests.

Inclusions: In-depth advice and guidance; partial document review if agreed in advance (if not, additional service may be required).

Preparation: You must complete the booking form, including details such as your visa status, occupation, and family information. 👉 If the form is not completed at the time of booking, our team will contact you and request the required information before proceeding with a thorough consultation.

Format: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or telephone (as you select). Recording is not permitted unless agreed beforehand.

Booking & Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Rescheduling / Cancellation: See Section 4 below.


3. Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made via our website, booking platforms (Calendly, HubSpot, etc.), or directly through our staff.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received (unless otherwise specified).
  • Consultation fees and inclusions will be communicated prior to booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling by Clients

Requests must be submitted in writing (email or via booking system).

Clients are allowed one reschedule per booking if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Further reschedules may require a new booking + fee.

If Visa Advisor cancels or reschedules due to unforeseen issues (illness, technical problems, etc.), we will offer a free reschedule or full refund of prepaid fees.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds (for paid consultations) will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Visa Advisor is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment providers.
  • Some services may be non-refundable once commenced or delivered (e.g., document review, lodgement support). Such conditions will be communicated before you engage those services.

6. General Terms

  • Privacy & Confidentiality: All information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the MARA Code of Conduct.
  • No Guarantee: A consultation is guidance only and does not guarantee a visa outcome. Final decisions remain with the Department of Home Affairs.
