Who Needs to Complete Form 47SP?

Form 47SP must be completed by individuals who are applying for a Partner Visa, which includes: 

Partner (subclass 820/801) for those applying onshore in Australia.

Partner (subclass 309/100) for those applying offshore.

The form is for both applicants and their Australian sponsor, who must also provide information about their Australian citizenship or permanent residency status and their relationship with the applicant.

To complete your application, you must submit the following documents along with Form 47SP: 

Proof of Identity :Passport or birth certificate.

Proof of Relationship : Joint bank statements, photos, utility bills, or other documents showing you have lived together.

Police Certificates : From all countries you’ve lived in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years.
