Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Visa Advisor Pty Ltd

1. Scope
This Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all consultations, advisory sessions, and other paid services booked through Visa Advisor Pty Ltd (“Visa Advisor”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
 
2. Booking process
Bookings may be made online via our website, booking systems (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot forms), or directly with our staff. All bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
 
3. Fees & payment
Consultation fees and service charges will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise specified. Visa Advisor accepts payment methods as indicated on our website or booking system.
 
4. Cancellations by clients
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or option to reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session: 50% refund or one-time reschedule at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend: no refund.
Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing (email) or through the booking platform.
 
5. Rescheduling by clients
We allow one reschedule per booking if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Further reschedule requests may require a new booking and fee.
 
6. Cancellations or rescheduling by Visa Advisor
In rare circumstances, Visa Advisor may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, system outages). If this occurs, clients will be offered:
  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost; or
  • A full refund of any prepaid fees.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Visa Advisor is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
 
8. Non-refundable services
Certain services may be non-refundable once commenced or delivered (e.g., lodgement support, document review). Any such conditions will be clearly communicated before engagement.
